BRA OFF

Bra Off is about lending ourselves moments to remove our capes and all the super woman roles we wear; to simply exist bare as women, content in our being without doing. Bra Off is a call to BE. It is an invitation to be present, giving ourselves permission to rest and be restored from the responsibilities of motherhood, sisterhood, work, trauma, shame, education and other social constructs.   Bra Off is  providing the space to tend carefully to ourselves as women but even more, as simply humans.
