Kntry Collection - Series 1

When we say Kuntry in Oklahoma, my granny’s house in Bixby Snake a creek comes to mind. 14 kids jammed pack in the living room, open corn fields, cleaning collards, sweet tea steeping on the porch ledge ripe with the summer sun, catfish ponds, boots and crop tops, fly swatters & chigger bugs, barefeet, sunflower seeds and cornbread. Two stoves and 8 women in the kitchen at once moving effortless jarring jam and whipping cakes. The Kuntry is my home and the Black cowboys are my uncles and cousins, chaps, rodeo, colts, good jeans and big buckles. The queen B has reminded the world who the originators of the cowboy really are and in light of her inspiring album and my home this work has come!
